Studios next to Promenade des Anglais with parking and pool is situated in Nice, 3 km from MAMAC and only 200 metres from the nearest beach. Allianz Riviera Stadium is 4.4 km from the property. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property.
The air-conditioned accommodation is equipped with a seating area. Some units feature a dining area and/or balcony. There is also a kitchen, equipped with an oven and microwave. A toaster, a fridge and stovetop are also featured, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. There is a private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer in each unit. Free private parking is available at the apartment.
Promenade des Anglais also includes a terrace.

台聯會繪畫賽 華生響應環保奪第一
: 紐約台灣同鄉聯誼會2日舉辦「2018年兒童及青少年繪畫比賽」頒獎典禮，今年主題為「我的藍天」，孩童發揮想像力詮釋，其中兒童組的黃子祈以溫室效應的對比圖，展現一邊為藍天下的風力發電，另一邊為霧霾中的燃煤發電廠，奪得該組第一名。
今年共143幅作品參賽，由市議員顧雅明、駐紐約台北經濟文化辦事處黃耀良組長，以及紐約華僑文教服務中心副主任葉帝余頒獎。評審有北美洲台灣婦女會紐約分會前會長蔡宜芳、駐紐約台灣藝術家孟祥璐、專業插畫家黃致彰(Nina Edwards)。
黃致彰表好康偷偷說示，東方繪畫比較重視技術，西方則專注原創性，她期盼華人能東西合璧，多鼓勵孩子加強創意。以今年主題來說，很多人會直接畫藍天，要脫穎而出必須要別具新意。兒童組第一名黃子祈今年十歲，她表示在學校學到環保，例如要做垃圾分類、節能省水，因此將圖畫一分為二，一邊是排放廢氣的發電廠，另一邊是風力發電廠提倡環保，花了三天完成，沒想到首次參加此繪畫賽就奪獎。
會長黎潔瑋表示，紐約分會得獎作品將參加全美同鄉聯誼會的繪畫賽，並在年會頒獎。其他得獎者為幼兒組第一名王君煜、第二名雷智梁、第三名區智霖；兒童組第二名李滌凡、第三名曾偉聰；少年組第一名瞿凱樂、第二名丁高武、第三名瞿凱利。
